Research meets practice
Research meets Practice is a special format designed to bring together and foster dialogue among academics and practitioners. On the 15th of April, architects from the Alpine area will present the lessons learnt from real case studies, highlighting the best practices of energy retrofits in the built heritage. Furthermore, researchers from the Interreg Alpine Space project ATLAS will introduce the audience to two innovative tools developed to facilitate the sustainable renovation of historic architecture (the database of best practices HiBERatlas and the HiBERtool, a decision-making support guide for the adoption of energy retrofit solutions), as well as some insights on policy making and historic plasters in the context of the Rural Alpine Municipalities.
Members of any Chamber of Architects in Italy who will participate in the Research meets Practice sessions are entitled to receive 7 CFP |BFP (more info here).
